My website comes up only in some countries - Issue

Hi all,

my website comes up only in some countries like you ve read as in the topic title. I live in Vienna and when I try to open it, it says its not found. However when I asked to some friends from different countries, they told me they can open it.

Here's the domain : www.sonerertim.org

Does someone have any idea?

Hello Sonar,

This issue is caused by your nameservers not pointing to anything. Are you on shared hosting or a vps?

he does have nameservers listed:
sonerertim.org. 86386 IN NS ns2.gaditek.com.
sonerertim.org. 86386 IN NS ns1.gaditek.com.

This could be that some countries are blocking external IPs. Like if you are hosting your site in a country different from where you live, your ISP may be blocking the server's IP. We have many cases like that with China.

thanks for the help and the answers. I'm located in Austria and the host is located in America. I use gaditek.com thats why I dont know if they changed the NS or something else and I dont know either if its VPS or shared but I will contact him as soon as possible.

 

Problem is solved by the hosting company, thanks for all for your help.
