A lot of people in DigitalPoint forums have experienced this problem. It can be caused by the latest update, if you use blackhat methods or any automatic tools that create backlinks for you. This is why, you should work on your site manually and don't use any softwares.

If your site is new then there are two possibilities that can explain what has happened. Either you have become the victim of Google Panda update or else your site might have fallen into the Sandbox.

use slow but effective link building strategy and make sure the quality of the web content should extensively high... Google Panda is being strict towards the quality of the content so fix all the issues on page and then start working on off page...

May be, your web content is copied please check following points to get rid

    1. Content should not be copy.
    2. Keywords stuffing should not be in the page.
    3. Do validate your website coding from w3c validator.
