My website adsense compliant?

Hello I asked before but I find it odd that websites like mine have adsense but people say mine is not allowed. I own www.pspisogames.info and its a website were we give a link to the download of free psp games. We have the games listed with the description with the download link, the download link are links to megaupload.com were the user can download the game. BTW We don't own megaupload.com so we don't host the content its already there. I also included a legal page saying that we don't promote downloading with out legal right and so on so basically if the user does download it illegally they are breaking a law if there is one.

That web site you say is "like yours" is not like yours at all.

Just being honest...They have a complete site, your site looks like it was made in 2-3 days. Your web site looks like it is a MADE-FOR-ADSENSE type web site. Whereas there web site looks like it took some time. They have features like forums, wallpapers etc.

Either way, both of your adsense accounts are probably in danger, you say that your site(s) are legal but I would not be surprised if your accounts were banned for offering "free downloads" to games. I would be really careful.

I mean legally wise and other aspects. And this website was made with blogger because I have no clue how to code. And it was not made just for adsense.

 

Dude, you need more content. You are only supposed to have adsense on content based pages. Content means text. There just isn't much to your site. Write an article about each of those games, and you'll be off to a decent start.

Also, are these PSP games legal. If they are pirate, or cracked, then it's a violation of google TOS. So that leaves you with nothing on this site.

If you were denied for this site, then you should not reapply with the same site. Build something new, with more content and reapply.

Ya since thats just a blogger page I decided to start making my website instead of using blogger in 2 or 3 days. I already got some stuff but it will take me for ever since I dont know all the tools... I'm using a free html editor.

 

Good luck to you. Also, if you want to do some stuff on the edge of legality, you shouldn't use adsense for that. Use something else for your questionable sites and save adsense for the totally legit sites. It isn't worth getting banned for one low traffic blog.
