My webpage dropped from PR 3 to PR 0. WHY?

    It dropped overnight to 0. How long will it take to get it back?

    Since it's probably a PR penalty (which doesn't influence rankings): Never.

    It would be difficult to get back the PR once it dropped to "0" before Page rank update however you should try out building more links and wait for the next update.

    As page rank is determine by the number of visitors in your site.It maybe for a reason that your competitors are getting more traffics than you.

    A couple of months ('til next PR update) if you're doing linkbuilding and your site hasn't got a PR penalty.
