my webcam not working??

my webcam is not working.when i start this its giving an error that webcam intialization failed.plz help??

 

You can try re-installing the drivers and software for webcam.
Or simply do a system restore to a time it was working.

 

i have no restore point all are deleted due to ccleaner and also re-installing the drivers and software but still webcam not working.

 

It will help us assist you better if you provide us the model of your webcam and your hardware specs, also what softwares you installed before the webcam stopped working.

what is the name of your webcam and what version of windows you r using?

 

download the cam drivers from internet by using the webcam brand name and model no and re-install the drivers with the webcam software.

 

Why don't buy a new one.

 

Does anyone knows why sometimes my mic works and sometimes it doesn't. Very strange.

 

Have you installed the web cam software/drivers properly/successfully? Is your web can suddenly not working? If yes, then i would recommend you to restore your operating system to the previous restore points through control panel>help. If the problem is prompting from the first, then try removing the drivers and re-install them again.

 

Sometimes its happened, that particular operating system does not supported particular hardware and applications directly. Please provide full information about your web cam brand and your operating system. Then you can get proper solution regarding this issue.

 

Un-install then Re-install all the drivers.
