    where is located it is. from which file can i remove this.

    The file isn't in your server... it's just being linked to. Update your themes header.php file to remove that line.

    If its not getting there through that file then it may be a plugin that is adding it. Turn off your plugins 1 by 1 until you identify which is adding the code.
