Try analysing your website with online available tools or just wait and keep promoting it may be because of some algo update. It will get back to original if there was no penalisation..

If it is a new site then it may be fluctuating in its position (Google dance). Wait for some days and it should be back. Also check your WMT account for make sure there is no problem in accessing those pages.

Wait a bit. Google may be reindexing things. Happens from time to time. May have nothing to do with anything else other than a temporary reshuffling.

It's one day. One day. Any attempt to explain what is going on is futile. You'll need to see what happens over a short period of time.

Type this into google.com "site:yourdomain.com" and see what comes up for your website. If no results show, you've been sandboxed and need to figure out what you did by analyzing your backlinks. If not, it's just a dance. Keep updating your content and get high PR, low OBL backlinks. Also differentiate between nofollow and do follow links. Hope this helps.

Just to make sure. How do you check rankings, is it using a tool or searching it manually? What was the last thing you do before that happened? Well anyways, your best shot is to point some links to the inner-page/webpage you want to rank for that keyword. Please don't point spam on it.

There are many tools such as Moz, SEO Spyglass, lots of paid solutions. I think that Analytics allows you to have a summary of your primary keywords too.

Yup, analytics is pretty tricked out now. I am itching for moz analtyics as well. I signed up for beta ages ago. I finally bothered to join. The last 4-5 whiteboard Fridays are awesome.

Try to index it. You can ping it or at least get a few good backlinks from HIGH quality blogs/websites and wait for Google to visit those websites and your website will be listed in Google! :)
