    adsense won't allow me to put ads when people are browsing
    so I put them on the front page. and people like to use proxies
    so they click the ads!

    Since you cant put adsense on Proxied pages, check out my sig, probably better then adsense :)

    The concept is nothing new at all. Next time, do a search or read a bit before posting. This method is basically how proxies are run these days.

    Take a look around the existing proxies and you may notice that it is how most of them are run. The workability of the concept depends a lot on other factors as well.
