My Waiting List, Support page. Really need help!

I need an opinion, how do I make this waiting list/support page better? I'm new to getting people to submit thier e-mail address to something like this. I need ideas and advice.

I think the whole waiting list looks good. short and clean. you just need for your site to be visible to those people you are targeting. Myspace it's a good place to find starting artirsts/band

I think you should get a professional template, this will enhance the content of your site.

 

The site itself will have a better looking layout, this is just the waiting list layout so far.
