My visitors seem fascinated with Vonage

I really don't understand. I've tried almost every targeting category and even called YPN on a few occasions to see if they could do any direct targeting from their end, but my revenue only went down.

Last week, I gave up and just let the ads be. They've been displaying mostly RON ads since then, but my revenue has been fantastic. I really don't get it, but I can't argue with the money :D

glad to hear, I have been testing them on a few sites only seems get unrelated ads. They also dont seem to fill up the ad spaces.

Like the looks of there ads, really wish they would get on the ball with related ads. I not have large ad blocks on like 20 pages that only show one ad, which is the same on each page.

To tell you the truth until I heard of Vonage(through the yahoo ads) I never really paid too much attention to any of the INTERNET PHONE services.

Now I can say I've done quite a bit of research on the subject and think it is really a great idea.

The funny thing Is I think Vonage may be the least impressive choice. You currently have skype beta testing internet to land and land to internet calls and it is rumored that google talk will eventually go in this direction too. Go Figure that the Vonage ads may have sold me on other companies.

A little off topic, but I've used one of those IP phones for about 8 months now, here in Canada. Most of the time, it's great, but there is the odd call that is terrible for sound quality.

Like when the mother-in-law calls? "I'm driving into a tunnel right now, may loose the call!"

My users seem to like vonage too :p - YPN targeting is getting better - but I have good click through even when they are showing RON ads

RON stands for Run of Network
Ad buying option in which ad placements may appear on any pages on sites within an ad network.

In run-of-network advertising, advertisers generally give up say over placement in return for low rates and broad reach. Ads may be placed randomly in unsold, less valuable portions of sites within an ad network.
Run-of-network buys are similar to run-of-site buys, except the ads appear on many sites instead of an individual site.

For me, Bittorent + Talking on the phone does NOT work.
You break up and the other person cant hear you, you come out all garbled caz most 3mbit ISP's just dont have enough BW to do both @ once.

Yes, but as ServerUnion has mentioned... That's not always a bad thing. :)
