My video was stolen from revver

    so some one stole one of my home videos and added it to daily motion!
    im kinda mad its not a personal video my face or anything else id worry about is not in it but i uploaded it to revver in hopes to get a few clicks! but this dude stole it and got almost 2x the views! what should/can I do?!

    I think you can send him a note to say that you've seen your copyrighted property on his site and tell him to remove it. Did you post a .wmv file? How did they steal it? By the way, Flash is good for preventing steals. And if you have it on You Tube, you can remove it and reload it. It will load in a different location.

    I guess they downloaded the .mov file from revver (the site i uploaded it to)
    and then they uploaded it to dailymotion.com I dont know why? guess he liked the video!
    do users make money from dailymotion?
    i didnt find it on his website just his dailymotion profile page!
