My Video hosting site with phpmotion

I added a logo-banner to top, and photoshopped some of the icons.

So far it lacks videos but I'll add em in slowly.

Lemme know what you guys think.

Looks pretty cool, I don't like the little logo on the left side of the search though.

I did that part in a rush , and it didn't turn out as good as it could have, i agree.

 

The buttom characters on the top look odd to me. They don't align. Did you design like that on purpose.

 

The "Bleach Direct" Logo on the left at the top definitely does not look right at all, and as far as the sign-up/in link, it needs to be centered top to bottom and not floating at the top of the nav bar. Other than those few issues, I can honestly say that the site looks great. Easy to navigate and even the color scheme is pleasing to the eyes.

again, i am photoshopping the nav bar right now to remove the left logo, but I think i might start from scratch and go custom on the nav bar.

what screen resolution are you using?

the buttons are from the original script, i only changed the color with photoshop.

Max my notebook can go up to is 1200x800 and it looks fine under that. If you're higher than that, lemme know if there's a noticeable difference.

I may scrap the buttons and go custom. wud take a while 2 workout something nice tho.

 

Looks a little better now, if you want me to do a logo I can. I am not busy at the moment :]

Right now, my main concern is how to get this website advertised.

I've tried stumbled, but it seems to bring little traffic in. link xchanges r going slowly.


Anything else i can do?

When I get arsed to upload some on my server I will add them to your site, what file types does your site take?

 

I think it works with all file types. It converts them to flv.

I have been converting them to flv in high quality before uploading to reduce the size.

I've watched a few of them. the quality is superb for streaming.

 

Wow this is going to take a loooong time to upload XD 119MB file

 

my 2 cents:

1. The site could have been extremely generic but you seem to have worked hard to keep it from that; as much as possible.

2. Bleach is awesome. Video Niche PRE-CODED PHP scripts are scary BUT, you are making it all okay by specializing in one Video Topic (which again, is awesome); so you are good to go IMHO.
