Yeah, I met my wife at an affiliate marketing seminar. We got married about 3 months later and we are married about a year plus. And I asked my attorney and he said that it is possible that my wife can lay her hands on my websites due to substantial improvement stuff. My websites are my most valuable assets anyway. May God grant me strength through this ordeal.
OMFG. Sorry to hear this bro I couldn't imagine what you are going through. Teach the scum a lesson. How long had you been married for? Do you know where she is now?
Its really sad loosing your wife as well as income source at the same time. Hope you can start a new life and be back on track soon.
feeling really bad for you, hope you will be back soon, i dont know if ur wife can handle ur websites, as you have done a hardwork on your sites u can again get them,
I feel very sad for you. You need to fight with the situation. I believe you will recover from this trouble very soon.
Tht is sad, but there must be some kind of legal reprecussions you can take to get your sites back, and if the legal proceedings to so long that the revenue form the sites ides I would thik you could sue her for putting them out of business. I know with GoDaddy they will not reverse a transfer if the guy buying rips you off on PayPal, but this is completely different... YOU did not actually do the transfer. To me this would be the same as going on vaction and leaving your convenience store to be ran by an employee and when you got back you find out the employee gave her boyfriend the keys to the store and he is now going to run it... it would take no time at all to get that straightened out. If it were me I would spend every last tiem I could get my hands to get those sites back, even if they ar enot making money, just for the prinicipal of it, and for the possible satisfaction of seeing my whore exwife behind bars.
It looks like you have two issues which are the unauthorized transfer of the domain names and the ownership of the actual sites. Even if the domain names have been stolen the content is still yours. Don't do anything without consulting with an attorney.
The content is yours and domains are yours, but then again with all that divorce BS, she will want half of what ever and so on. Unless you gave her a ultimatum Well I wish you the best of luck, she seems like a shady little prick.
relationship matter most for me than my career. If I were you I will not fight over this simple reason.
Yeah man, just contact your host, say your sites got hacked, change your username and password, cancel your credit card (if that's how you pay your hosting fees) and lock the b*tch out. It's a sad tale and a drag for sure but write her off and move on...you deserve better. Oh and not everyone at marketing seminars is keen. I've been to some and I'm not that bright
HHHHHHHii oh man its realy a sad one............ she should not do this ........ i l pray for u by my heart that u r blessed again...... hope for the best........... with best wishes, kashif
