    The text is very hard to read! Increase the size or don't make it bold!

    Would you mind changing your font to verdana / arial? Is it a DIY project or did you hire a professional to create it for you? Work on the title tags of all the pages [example: "Real Bonsai Garden - Learn How to Bonsai" ] Best of luck!

    For a first site that is very nice. I started making myspace layouts and eventually worked my way to web design / programming and all that advanced stuff. Good work you have great potential!

    Change the font. I think you are using Times New Roman. Use Verdana or Arial as it is the best for reading purpose. If you want your links to be different, you can use georgia.

    I think you could dress up the links to other articles a little. Other then that it is a good first site.
