    If you would like to learn new things about the tools of Photoshop then I believe the best thing to use is Youtube.

    I think a simple sans serif font is more suitable for newspaper site header.

    try to use, verdana or trebuchet MS

    Look for better fonts on dafont.com, look for better color maybe on kuler.com or ilovecolours inspire you on webdesign gallery
