My VCC is Premium but I can't recieve money

I purchased a VCC today and I verified it successfuly and then ten minutes ago I made a deal with a DP member to trade Moneybookers for PayPal. I've sent him money via MB and when he tried to fund my PayPal account, it said I can't recieve payments because I'm from Slovenia (Europe) - I can only send.

Why's that? How can I get the money? Can I close my PayPal account and open a new one? But what about the address? I've tried to change my address and all I could do is edit street and city, not the country.

Is there any solution? Please, it's urgent.

When I click Request Money I get a message saying:

I don't understand, what is VCC for? Since I'm from Slovenia I can send and recieve money but I can't withdraw it so I should be able to recieve fund. What the hell?

 

Oh! yea man u cant request money if like you bought a VCC to verify your account, a VCC only verifys your paypal where you can do more business and it also allows you to send money to ppl if you have cash on your paypal

 

So what the hell am I supposed to with it then?

I have a PayPal account with no Credit Card so I can't fund my account, I buy VCC to verify my account but I can only send money which I don't have. This is very stupid and I don't understand it. So how can I fix this problem? Is there ANY solution?

 

provide services to where people can send you money, people dont want to do businesses with UN Verified paypal accounts because alot of ppl scam with them

You should've checked that before adding credit card to your PayPal account. Your country is on "Send Only" list of PayPal so you can't receive or withdraw funds from your PayPal. I guess it is useless for you?? Try moneybookers mate.

 

it has got nothing to do with the VCC.there are some coutries which have only limited access and cannot recieve any money

Well, since Slovenia is listed as a Send Only country, you cannot receive any payments.

Using fake details would be a breach of contract and that would be wrong. Even doing fund exchanges in Paypal without their explicit permission and without a license would also be a prohibited activity which could get your account limited.

There is nothing you can do with Paypal. Basically your only option now is to use another service which supports your country and wait for Paypal to add 'Receive Money' option for your country.

 

I can't use fake details, how can I use US address if I come from Europe? This won't work. I'm so limited to online business...PayPal is not going to invest in Slovenia because the market is not big enough. I'm probably doomed for eternity.

 

Have you checked the other major payment sites like moneybookers as suggested?

 

Yes ofcourse, I have Moneybookers and I'm very satisfied with them but at least 80% of all online businesses use PayPal as a payment gateway so if you don't have PayPal you're outlawed from online business market.
