My USFreeAds Challenge with ClickBank (Journal)

    What's up fellow DPer's?

I was doing some bum marketing today, and I thought of an idea. I'm currently a premium member at USFreeAds, but I have yet to see anything come from it, really. But the thing is, I have used it sparingly, and I don't think I've come anywhere close to the potential it may have.

I wanted to give myself a challenge, and see what I could do with USFreeAds. So, with that said, here is what I'm going to do:

So, there you have it. Since I pound out articles so much, I thought this would be a way to test other tactics of bum marketing. Kinda got sick of articles this week, as I wrote over 50 ;)

I'll keep you all updated on this as much as possible to let you know the outcome of everything. Let's hope I create some sales out of this bad boy :D

    Good luck!

I got a couple of ads on Usfreeads myself. I just haven't really put much into it.

usfreeads kinda sucks.... no one ever gets anything worthwhile from it really.... maybe a few hops and if your lucky a page 1 or 2 on google giving you more hops..... but honestly i would miss it out all together its not all that great.

    I have to agree!
USFA was great a year or 2 years ago... but it's becoming more and more useless.

1 year ago I used to search for clickbank product names on Google - and gets lot's of USFA ads un the first 5 results... but now it doesn't happen anymore.
    Perhaps Google b*tch-slapped that site?

Agree with the rest about that USFreeAds sucks.

Same applies to Craigslist. You may be able to make few sales from here and there, but that's nothing for the long term, imo.

Good luck though with your journal.

Thanks for all the words of encouragement guys!

I've started my keyword research today. I'll be adding my first 5-10 ads tonight. I'll keep you updated on the results.

I've been noticing a comeback of usfreeads in the serps lately. It's mostly for long tailed keywords - and with products that don't already have a ton of competition. So I think that if you choose the right product, and the right keywords, you can still make a profit with usfreeads.

But since you're paying for it - which seems kind of oxymorinic to be paying for something with the word "free" in it - you should post as many ads as possible. I thought I saw a usfreeads posting software somewhere once. Does anyone know of such a thing?

    Here's an update:

Submitted around 10 ads at the same time the other day. All got disapproved, probably because I submitted them basically at once. I just wrote an ad, submitted, wrote an ad, submitted, etc.

Looks like I will have to go back and rewrite these 10 ads and submit them one by one. I'll have to do it either once at morning and once at night, or even worse yet, once per day.

Not going the way I had planned.....

Not sure why your ads got rejected but I don't think it's because you submitted too many at once, I did 100 in one day and they were all approved..
