I'm pi%#$d off big time, I've been writing loads and loads of content for my blog trying to keep it up to date with news etc then I go back today and around 30 articles I've wrote over the past few days have all vanished from my site, I'm cheesed right off.

I know this is highly unlikely but is there anyway I can get these back?

The hosts never reply to me so I don't know if I can get anything back off the database etc??

The rubbish hosts in question are diversenerds.com by the way, up time this month has been around 95% which is disgusting especially when it works all these articles have been wrote with lots of time and effort going into them...........................

They should have a backup somewhere. Call them and ask.

Consider what happened to you to be a good thing. You've now learned the importance of making backups. Be happy it wasn't 300 articles or an entire website. Next time, make regular backups.

Sorry to hear about your loss. This is why it is always important to have your own backups and not rely on your host to have them.

Provider usually have a clause to state that they are not responsible for any data loss.
