My Us PP is limited

    Well i am Non- Us member but made Us account and get it varified by Virtual bank account

    Now the Account is limited and they need Me to provide address proof and Social security Number

    Is their any one Who can assist me or help in personal Chat let me know please

    This type of problems occur when Paypal account are verified with VCC so verifying Paypal account with VCC are too dangerous.
    I suggest to call Paypal by skype as it will be free calling and resolve your issues.

    Never used VCC just added virtual bank account for varification and got stucked
