My URL was banned earlier in 2007, Is it Risky again to register same URL

    My URL was banned earlier in 2007. I registered it again in 2009. Still i did not receive first payment ( accrued already ). Will it be risky in such cases where as i have already changed every thing except URL

    Name , City, Country and address, Account No etc

    change the whole profile then you can edit it later

    you should change url bro, and if you accept then never use banned url again :)
