That's copy of message I sent to DPF admin - no answer to previous ones...

It is a pity that you seem to ignore my messages and take no action.
I'll try one more time, after this - it is your responsibility, not mine.

I noticed that a user registered on your forum using MY UNIQUE NICK 'AlexaCY'. This user is anm impersonator and scammer, who would not harm me personally, but would sooner or later scam YOUR forum members.
Just ban him, or even better delete his account altogether.

My (real AlexaCY's) website is www.egold-biz.info, email - XXXXX@egold-biz.info, and my real forum profiles are listed here -
    http://www.talkgold.com/forum/r176952-.html

Compare with your scammer's details you have on file, and do the right thing.
    Kind regards,
    REAL AlexaCY

Pointless post? The username you claim is a scammer, was last active a month ago, and has 5 posts. I do not see how he is a threat?

The owner of this forum does have a work life too you know, he can't always be on to answer PM's...

Your name isn't copyrighted, anybody can use it, so do get used to other's taking your name...

Firstly, the account DigitalPoint says that he wont answer any PM's sent to him.
Secondly, where's your basis that he's a scammer?
You don't have exclusive rights to the user name I'm afraid, would be nice for everyone! :p

I see no evidence that AlexaCY is trying to impersonate you.

If you have a trademark on the username then feel free to submit the relevant legal documents.

I'd love to be the only sarahk on all the forums - my yahoo name is sarahknz2003 - how lame is that! not only would they not give me sarahk, but I couldn't get it with "nz" tacked on the end so added the year. I should sue!

You are funny, guys. My nick+avatar is truly unique and made so to be easily recognizable online. Just google it, and you'll see what I mean. I can't post active links here - otherwise I would post links to ALL my OTHER serious forum profiles. You can find it in this TG thread - see first post.

Since my name/avatar/signature is unique on all forums, AND I have high trader ratings, it is way too ridiculous to believe that this is a coincidence. I already had people complain that they were contacted by 'Alexaxy', AlexaCY trader' etc. AND they were all scammed.

Easy. He will post-build a while, and then use this nick to solicit money exchanges, referring to my real trading profile. Anyway. I wanred you, and wash my hands now. I do not intend to use this forum anyway - never wanted to, untill I googled my nick for fun, and found out I am a member here, LOL.

Many small forums admin add FAKE members' listings, taking the info from online sources. But since your forum is big enough, this is not the case. And you are in for some minor (I hope!) troubles in near future.

And what responsibility exactly is that? Just as you believe the mods around
here have a responsibility to do what you're claiming, they might also believe
it's your responsibility to prove what you're saying.

OTOH, if those other people indeed claim they've been scammed by that other
user, then perhaps telling them to PM the mods or something might help. Until
then, I'm sorry to say it might be a he-said-she-said thing.

For all we know you could be the scammer trying to get the real users account banned. See the problems?

If they are a scammer and dont follow the rules here they will be banned, simple.

To be fair, the kind of stuff on that site of yours looks legally questionable anyway.. also, I think you should really earn the respect of the community before you start making extravagant demands here. (See: your postcount)
