    gave me his server he recently got a new job and has been busy and i need help
    either i should keep it
    or sell it. and have it running..

    can you afford it? is it a deal? is it a DED server? or somting he phscially give you? do you have any use for it?

    thesse are the things you should ask lol. if its a decent server

    I will talk how i want to, understand that keroscene.
    & he built the server up from scratch it has linux, with hypervm running on it, and i can afford to keep it up, i just dont know what to do with it.

    Is it a dedicated hosting? $600 is far too cheap for such a server spec. You may want to double if it is a dedicated hosting and the $600/mth a monthly charge?
