Hello, I am Vinod and living and working in Noida. Noida is just 2 km from New Delhi. My real Uncle was working as a supervisor in a polypack factory. Factory deal in making of polythene with custom printing on them. He was supervising all operations from looking after of machines, labor and dealing with clients. He was drawing a small salary. In march 2007, he arranged marriage of his daughter somehow. He asked for some monetary help from factory. The owner was happy with his service of 20 years and was ready to give him help. But before he gave money a phone come to the owner of factory that my uncle is asking money without his needs. He is fraud, as his brothers are doing well and rich people. So the owner denied. This instance was the grounds of dispute/clashes between my uncle and his factory owner. He left the job. in march. He has taken a loan of 4 lacs rupees and he is not earning since march. Now he is in damn money crises. My other uncles and tried to help but they are not able to help him as such. My whole family is in Army OR Police. My father is also in army. He is only uncle who was working in factory and now I have my small company (one room). Here I am looking for help from those indian mates who can help me and can arrange some job to him. What he can do: (1) He can work as supervisor in some factory. (2) He can work as administrator in web-design company etc. (3) He can manage a team non-technically. He is arts graduate. (4) He can work in salary of around Rs.10000/- What I can do: (1) If someone think that he can help me, but not sure if my uncle is able to do the job for which he is looking someone. Then I can provide 1-3 months salary in full via paypal. So you'll not be in risk for 3 months. In this period you can see his skills and what service he can do. (2) If you need some of his skills needed to be enhanced then I can put my 100% input to do so. (3) I can also provide some extra $$ to cover the cost of his (my uncle) working/staying in you office. If you can absorb him in your office then I'll be very greatful. And after 1 months you think that he is not the person you are looking for then I can arrange some new office in 1-2 months. This way I'll get time of 1-2 months to look for correct place. I hope you understand me. Hope I'll get the help sooner. Millions of Thanks in advance.
Firstly, I would like to know the place that you are from.I am from Mumbai ( India).Secondly let me know if you would be interested in buying and selling any of my custom made electronic gadgets which could be designed and sold to house hold consumers in your city.You could think of anything that suits your choice.We could do business on a low profile.There is no hard and fast rule.Can you think on these lines?.This step could act as an extra source of income.You may send me a PM on this regard.

Mr_Kumar, is there any chance that he can work at home behind a computer? If so I will inform at a company where I work where he can work for a european company. It should be a 40 hours workweek for a pay of 10,913.39 INR (2000 euro's) a month. If he can do this then I'd try to arrange something.
hi kumar, i think youre uncle is qualified to work in dubai, UAE. as long he is open to work overseas.

And switching to dubai needs some efforts like visa, passport and money to travel and stay there for some time. He is open to work anywhere. If you have some work which can be done on computers from india, then I think he'll be available immediately. I'll be very greatful to you guys and dp forums. Please help.

i am sure.. indian memeber would be able to find a job.. if not on site then offsite like wht others do on forum.. work and get paid.. infact this way he can make more than what he used to before..10,000 sounds like a low figure income.. insn't it?
