Ok ladies and gents. I've gave answers and advice to about 50 people in 2 days, now my turn to ask a question.

I'm about to launch a blog. I guess google adsense is the best for placing ads on my blog to generate profit...?

I want to know the following:

    1) What is the second best for ads on blogs?

    2) What are some scripts, add-ons, and tools that I might want to use with blogspot

    3) What are some useful links and information for profiting with a blog? (I don't need anything to get traffic, I got that part covered.)

    4) Is there anything better than blogspot.com for a blog aimed at profiting?

    5) Is there anything better than google adsense for profit with blogs?

I think that is it...I need answers from different people...if you can prove why something is better than something else please give links to reviews and things. Personal opinion is one thing and common knowledge is another...ya dig?

    Thanks to everyone who replies.

Make sure you use a wordpress blog for one. Then search the plugin directory. You will find all the plugins for your wordpress blog that you will need in order to best monetize your site. I just recently did this all myself a few days ago.

I know. I will with the profit from the blog.

Unlike some, I'm spending 80-90Hours a week of hard, frustrating, problematic, finger blistering work promoting and advertising by hand, link exchanging, forums, and 4 or 5 other secret methods 7 days a week...and as soon as I sit back and count the first $1000 I'm stepping it up and working harder.

    --^ That was good sh*t.

No offense to those who get it good from doing nothing.

    * I think it really depends on what you are blogging about. PERSONALLY: I wouldn't touch google adsense (but that's me). Why make pennies or a few dollars on clicks when great relevant traffic matched up to great relevant affiliate programs, lead generation etc. make you serious money.

    * Assume your blog is hype, your traffic is at oh... 1000 uniques a day, all targeted to dog training for example. You could assume a 3-5% sales conversion (so let's say 30-50 sales a day) if you had a dog training aff program being promoted creatively through your blogs. Your blog is now basically a landing page to promote products that are relevant to your blog topic(s). If you make say $20 per sale, that's money.

    * Don't fill your page with blatant ads, even if they are blended well. Pick 1-4 amazing aff offers to promote via cloaking, your own domains, other landing pages or direct linking to vendors.

Feel free to reach out or check first sig to see if our products could be a match for you to monetize your blogs with.

    Best of luck,
    NC.

Looking for a blog service that allows porn links/pics???

blogspot does not allow you to monetize w/ pornographic sites/links.

Solid advice. I would have said the exact same thing. Affiliate products will earn you a lot more money, as long as they're relevant products... meaning they're related to your blog.

Personally I say use a wordpress blog instead of blogspot. There are a few wordpress hosters around the place that are free until you get your own domain name. wordpress blogs are easy to use, some of them come with adsense plugins too. Others have <insert add here> in their code.

You may or may not find adsense useful, depending on yor niche and users. Adsense can be blocked by some add blockers, so they are wasted traffic.
