paypal make me congfious, I have doing transaction almost 1 month ago and suddenly get notice that my transaction on hold. on my resolution center I find this : my question is where I must contact paypal? and what some additional information that I must send to paypal? just fyi this case hapen when my friend buy script from me and he send me money thats all, so nothing ilegal here but off course since this digital product and deal via phone then I dont have proove at all. I guess this problem maybe on my friend acc. He said that his acc get limitation and need thirtyparty auction include my transaction with him. so what I can do then? thank for help
Getjimmy, nothing detail instruction on there when I click resolve there is only message "This payment has been selected for review and we have opened an investigation. This is a security measure meant to protect you from problem transactions. We have placed a temporary hold on the funds until the investigation is complete. Please provide some additional information about this transaction." so what some additional information about this transaction that I must give to paypal?
You can find steps which you have to follow at resolution center just below you have mentioned above. After submissions of their required documents you can contact them on their phone support for quicker solution. DON.
thank for those response, yeah better wait until get email from paypal. I have question again, as long as my one of transaction hold ( my paypal not get limitation) can I still use my paypal to doing other activity like receive and sending money?
