    CL isn't permanent I hope you know. Anyone can drive a crap load of traffic, it just depends on how targeted that traffic is and if the ads he was posting were relevant to your site and then it mainly depends on your website period.

    If it gives people a reason to stay, then it's an easy seller.

    I would at least throw some AdSense or Bidvertiser or AdBrite ads on there until you figure out what you actually want to display on the site.
