Isn't that site just a clone of google? It has the exact same backlinks and PR as google does.

The funny thing is this , is if u do a "cached page" u will see google page :)

no need for a tool to see that it's a fake pr :)

How can you trust a website (or software) who's goal is obviously to intentionally mislead people?

No, you can't, and it P**ses me off that he's profiting from it.

Here's an e-mail I received today, important parts are bolded:

ughhh its just disgusting how low some people will stoop. using fake pr to convince newbies you know what you're doing so that they buy crappy products through your affiliate links. imo this is tantamount to fraud.

Google should PR0 the bastards to teach them a lesson. After all Google DOES state not to get involved in schemes designed to artififially boost your PR. Well STEALING pr is certainly that!

not only is he stealing pr, but he's pretending he's surprised that he got it by doing such a good job "exchanging links..." and you should just buy his software so you can do the same.. rrrrrridiculous

How does it really know whether the PR belongs to the page or not.
I am asking because for some sites it says that
    domain.com PR0 actually belongs to www.domain.com PR
    what does that mean ?

WOW - I though it had been done as a publicity stunt, which would have been fair enough. But not to acknowledge it on the site and then scam people from it. That's pretty damn low!
