What ever your niche is it seems as if the keywords pay low. Other than that your CTR is fine. Could be 3-4% ctr. Have you optimized your block placements yet?

If you're making money on the site then it's a winner. Optimize the site for higher paying realated keywords and move on to another site.

Numbers look good, now it's time to optimize and drive traffic to see what it can do.

You're on the right path, which means you're farther along than most people get. Now, as others have said, it's time to drive as much traffic as you can.

I'm not sure what kind of site you have e.g. is it a blog or static site? And how niche is niche? Do you have lots of different topics on a fairly broad niche like "Health"? Or tightly focused articles on a narrow niche?

So just in case you have lots of different sub-topics in your niche and you have lots of keywords scattered around each page (e.g. in a tag cloud or categories listing), then you may want to look into AdSense section targeting to make sure Google is showing the most relevant ads on each page. This will probably increase your CTR and eCPM. Hope this helps!
