My system is infected with spyware?

My system is infected with spyware,what i do?i should install Antivirous or new window?

Get lavasoft ad-aware or similar tools

 

I will recommend you the holy trinity as i call it.
Get yourself ad-aware, spybot and f-secure. These guys really know how to handle spyware, viruses, trojans, spam and other kind of stuff like it.

 

I would add SpywareBlaster to your toolset. I use it, Ad-Aware, Spybot and enable all the blocks in those programs. I also use the Amust 1-Defender add-on for Internet Explorer to help reduce online threats.

And to be honest, Google is your friend.
