Anybody has encountered the same problem? As long as i know, they are very good at supporting us in email. It always take less than 24 hours to answer my question. But this time, it is different, after few questioning and answering session, the support never reply me again since 14th of March. And i reply to the same support email again on 18th of March, and nothing is done. I wonder if anybody got this problem as well?
just keep sending them ticket, I always do that, if you are not pushing them, they are lazy. BUT, the CJ ticket system will assign ticket to a person from beginning, so if the person not available, then will nobody answer your ticker except you start a new one
