    i only had 60% of my visitors from u.s/u.k and seems to depend on that.

    yeah,you can use Geotargetting.

    B'd thanks for making this post. You've got me interested in ad manager. I wanted to try that open source adserver that everyone is using but was hesitant because of the added server load. I had read about google ad manager on their adsense blog but never bothered to take a look. Thanks to your post I will now look into google ad manager.

    I have been using adsense for last 2 years but have never used the ad manager though i knew about it. After your view i shall give it a try. The interface is a bit complicated for me, it will take some time to get use to it.
