I'm sure they use a custom myspace resource site script, but i'm sure you can find similar ones around the BST scripts section (ask and i'm sure you'll get some offers), but they will cost you. If your interested in how to code something like that then your looking at using a server side language along with a database (such as PHP+MYSQL), making a CMS and the rest of the pages. I made my own a while back, didn't find it that challenging, although i'm a pretty good coder and i'm not sure if you are or not.
