Hey, It looks cool but my suggestions are: get rid of the green colour - its out of place and doesn't go with the blue, perhaps make it a light blue or a colour that flows with blue more. Perhaps get a logo done too, a logo will make it look a lot better. Other than that its cool _Super_SambrOOk_
The color scheme makes the forum look a bit generic I think you should change up the color scheme a bit, and get a professional logo and some graphics for the header.
