My skype domain

    Do you think i will get in trouble for using this domain

    http://skypeprogram.com its promoting skype but also has adsence on the page

    Should i ask them if its ok?

    You'd need to get permission from Skype to keep this domain. It infringes their trademark and your use is not a protected one.

    I doubt they will give permission. You would need to be big enough for them to entertain a licensing arrangement for use of their name. Otherwise, they need to protect their trademark by preventing all infringing uses. Your use is an infringement because you are clearly using their name to build a commercial enterprise. You are selling ads based on their name, products and services.

    You could argue that you are providing a service by advertising their business. They would disagree and virtually any judge would agree, argung that is not your true purpose -- deriving an income from their trademark.

    Even if it really WAS your purpose to advertise their business, the court assumes otherwise. You have an infringing use, regardless of your stated motives. Its not really a rebuttable proposition, and as clancey notes, not one you'll get a license to continue, either, unfortunately.
