    Hi!

My site was getting a traffic of about 400-450 per day. But suddenly it has gone down. Now it is like 300-350. What can be the possible reason?

Can getting blocked by one of the forum sites affect it?

Hard to say for sure without more details.

You should look at your website stats and see which referrers are missing. From there you should be able to formulate a strategy to get the traffic back.

How often do you update your site? Do your site have an unique content? Well bookmark your site on the popular social sites and send the link of your site whenever you update your content. People get attracted when they get the notification of something new.

It is normal problem, don't worry about it. Few months ago I faced the same problem. I think you have to update your content (We don't know you a have blog secession in your website or not?)website. If you have blog then regular wise update your content and submit the contents at Social Bookmarking sites.

I think the Google Panda update decrease the traffic to your site. Do some more Social Bookmarking and also change some content to your site. They changes absolutely help to your site to get the traffic.

I think you should check the status of all the backlinks. There many b some problem. Beside this concentrate on the quality of articles. This is very important after the Google Panda upload.

Last month traffic went down on my spanish web site too, as Panda has also come effective to other countries, I've starting corrections, I had duplicated content and I removed and I also reorganized all content and continue creating more and more original articles, I will see good results, it takes time
Check your content and with Webmaster tools too for possible errors, patience is needed :)
