my grandfather said "Website is worth so many other people want to pay for them". For example according to this tools Yahoo is worth about one billion dollars by Microsoft want to pay $44.6 billions. I know sites with make monthly about $1000 but was sell per $100000. Why ??? because it was good sites and niche business.

There is no possible way this is correct, it just said that my site is worth $11,800,000.... with a PR of 1 ha!!

This has got to be so completely far from the truth. I probably wouldn't get more than 500 bucks for my site.

My small, personal blog that gets about 10-20 visitors a day and has hardly any backlinks is worth $2k, apparently.

But my other blog that gets 1500 hits a day and has craploads of backlinks and such is worth $0?
