My Sites Domain Authority and Page Authority didn’t increase. Why?

    I purchased some domains before two months from www.expireddomains.net I am acting along it for DA, PA (Domain Authority and Page Authority) but still my Domain Authority and Page Authority 1, but all sites have strong backlinks, TC and CF, But Domain Authority and Page Authority didn’t increase. Why?
