I guess I haven't check the PR of my web directories in a while: http://www.smashingdir.com/ is PR3 and http://resources.golfscramblesearch.com/ is PR4! Friggin crazy, - actually whats crazy to me is that I have an option on SmashingDir as a site-wide partner so you get 100 bux for a sitewide for life, lol... Anyways, whats the latest news in the WEb Dir World? Was their a PR update lately?

    Thanks!

Woopy doo. If you announce it here and sell links too you won't have the PR much longer. Other DP members will probably snitch on you.

Google is keeping more close eye on directories now. PR is slipping down and below average directories out of business.

Google doesn't like webmasters sell paid links. They allow ads, but they want the ad links have nofollow attribute. That's why some famous directories were banned by google.
