My Sitemap has error

My sitemap has error.

I don't know this thing what's from cause?

In the first my blog used to impress in Google with keyword "coolwebhosting" in NO.1 page and used to disappear now return again. But in today it's disappear and that page not found always to today than 3 week. I afraid my blog will return behind PR update. I check my blog now, my blog not bammed from Google too.

Please tell me how to edit sitemap for my blog return again and not error.

And how to edit for not have my 404 not found in Google Index.

 

google will take good url from your site maps which have errors

 

What's good url? Why my index page disappear from Google.

 

is your url is >http://coolwebhosting.blogspot.com/
then it is indexed in google.
if any page is out of index then there is no fault of sitemap.
check some how the page is spammed....
