    Looking Good to me. but try to place ads above the fold so you can get maximum ctr.

    The site itself is great.

    to maximize the earnings I would suggest these:
    take off left side ad. too many ads cause less earnings.
    dont show entire article on home page, show excerpt.
    take off the right sidebar, make the center black part extend to cover it, put the ad there.

    I agree.

    1. You need to blend that skyscraper on the left of the page.
    2. Why not use a 160 wide?
    3. Ads need to be higher on page, period.
    4. Follow your users eyes. There going to be reading your content so why not get a banner or square close to the content?
