    If you type in a site that doesn't exist, it says it's worth $78. That doesn't inspire confidence in the site.

    On the other hand, it says the digitalpoint forums are worth over $10 million.

    The most I ever sold a website for was 8,000 and this was already built with a content management for easy editing so I had a few offers for it at around the same price. I had around 2,000 backlinks and a projected PR of 4. I really was surprised with the 8,000 but it all depends on the niche etc because if someone has money to put behind a decent website that they think they can make a lot off of they will pay a lot so no calculator will do it because there are too many things involved.
