My site wont show my index.html

hi, ive done this a billion times. i have no idea why my site wont show my index.html instead i get this:

and when i set a redirect to index.html it says that the site doesnt exist. anyone know why?

now my forums and store wont work

i just made an .htaccess file and added that line to it.

 

Add
DirectoryIndex index.php
to htaccess file

And upload it to both folders

is the index file for the forum and stor index. what ever or is it different
