I checked my blog on Google webmaster and it said that my site had been indexed, does that mean no more sandbox threat? Or Am I wrong?

    Thanks

he means goto google and type in

    site:www.yourdomain.com

although this doesnt mean you've escaped the sandbox! You can get indexed for a few weeks before you get sandboxed

    go to google and type:
    site:mysite.url
    Code (markup):
If you see links to ur site then ur not in the sandbox...

indexing doesn't have anything to do with sandboxing. your site may get indexed and might even have PR on the first update, but if sandboxed, it will just not show up on ranking when searched for your targetted keywords

A sandboxed site may be indexed well in Google, but will not rank well in the SERPs (Search Engine Result Pages) for your major keywords.

I've been able to used social bookmarking to give Google a little nudge, none of my sites are sandboxed. I've even managed to get a site to rank on page 1 with 24 hrs of going live. For some reason Google likes Stumbleupon a lot.

Wow that's impressive, I bet you have a really good keyword. Do you only use stumbleupon? or what else do you use?

    Thanks

You can be sandboxed awhile after your site gets indexed form my understanding. I have encountered many people who have said that it has happened to their sites months after starting them and after being on the first page of SERPz

So I guess it's good to always work on traffic building. Don't just count on being on the first page and sit back.

    Good advise

Trust me guys...I got sandboxed but my site and internal pages (I was getting most of my traffic through the internal pages) were all indexed - but dropped out of site.

In other words - when I did site:www.mydomain.com - my index page and internal pages all showed up - but they dropped in rank big time.
