My site used to be spammed by pornware, how can I include it in GG search as normal?

    Hi everyone

My website's url is http://vietnamlib.net. I bought this domain in 2007, then installed a phpnuke-based CMS at http://vietnamlib.net/portal. Unfortunately, the site was sort of hacked by malware, which was filled by many many porn-oriented posts. I had not noticed about this for a long time because they were posted on the integrated forum of the portal, which was rarely used and accessed. This results to the bad fact that my site has been referred from many porn-oriented websites for selling and buying sex toys and medicine etc.

I have changed my server and removed all things relating to /portal since May 2009 (including the database). I am now also using Joomla instead of working on phpNuke-based software. Also, I did submit my url and sitemap to Google Search and Google webmaster. And my site is now on board seriously. However, although being found by using operator "site:vietnamlib.net" at Google Search, when I do a very simple, plain and straight-forward search with the keyword "vietnamlib.net" (which is my url acutally), my site's url do not come up at all in the first three result pages, whereas the domain "vietnamlib.org" - which I have just bought this month and pointed to the same DNS names and server, is shown up.

On Yahoo and Bing, there is no problem at all.

I do not really understand this situation and tired of this. Is there anyway which helps my website being included in Google search as normal?

I highly appreciate all your helps and suggestions.

Thank you so much and look forward to your feedback.
