My Site Title is not Shown in google Search Result ?

    Dear Forum members,

    i'm newbie to this forum,My website URL (http://www.onlinesurgicals.com) and Title is (Buy Surgical products online | Medical Equipments online) so and so.its a online shopping cart for surgical and medical equipments sales all over world.

    i m using zen cart.i have do some seo for this site and get little better alexa ranking.My Page Rank is 4
    i have rewrite my url (SEO Friendly Url)using CEON URL MAPPING .if search my full title tag in google its not listed atleast top 20 or 30.

    another problem if i search like     ted stockings kl in google its come first page but its a old url like index.php?.....new url is not come .Sitemap has successfully submitted and also indexed.but i have not such traffic (less than 40 visitor /day)

    What is the problem? anyone help me pls

    Just login to your google webmaster account..and click fetch as googlbot, now check what is showing as a title..if it is showing wrong then rewrite title, and if it is showing correct then after next update it you can see your correct Meta Title
