If it was my site i would show more than 16 days earnings. Also 3 months stable traffic.

You have shown no proof that your site makes $30+ a months, what you have actually shown is that your site has made between $0.08 and $1.94 over a 16 day period.

I really like the site i would recommend you to sell these type of sites on flippa you will easily get around 450-500$ for this on flippa my experience says that on DP you will not get what you are asking, all you will get is fights and arguments

Look you must understand how a buyer feels. you are only saying if it is your site will you do it etc. Now consider IF you are the BUYER

1. Will you buy something which claims to make 30$ a month yet you are only shown proof of around 16 days?

2. Would you buy a site which you have no idea of where the traffic is comeing from?

3. Would you buy the site if you had no idea of whether the site is stable or not in terms of traffic or income?

All what you are providing is factual details. provide awstats or webalizer stats that come with your hosting account.

Coming to the 12X rule. The site is not worth 12x the amount of money if it is not established for over 1 year and shows consistent earnings for alomost 6-8 months.

I have been selling sites for over 2 years. i can safely say that your site is worth 3-4 times ifs monthly revenue at the maximum.

Besides the softwares hosted are not free. I saw some softwares are paid softwares. Thats the dumbest answer I have ever heard. You asking me to go to alexa and check? Now this shows that wither you do not know anything about SEO or how people value websites. A very pathetic answer. Whoever told you alexa rank is reliable or information alexa gives is correct? They are provided default with your hosting account. Either you are really ignorant or you are hiding the facts.

I said some of the software's you provide as download are paid ones. If you are absolutely sure you are giving away legal stuff then why put up such a disclaimer? If you had to face copyright thats your fault. Even if it is one picture or 1000's pictures it does not give you any right to take others work. if you need then there are places you can buy royalty free images. Dont act smart!!!

The source is mostly from Pakistan and India, when did I hide it? I have given access to my real tracking account to people as well....Just go to alexa and see does it show the reffering coutries or not...And I have tons of tools installed on my laptop to evaluate a site, dont even bother to ask the list....
