My site sucks

    Average pageload is 2 to 3. What am i doing wrong? nobody is ordering movies either. truestorymovie.com

    get firebug, yslow and pagespeed for firefox! work down the list and test with wepagetest or a similar site!
    enable caching, sprites and gzip!
    site should load in no-time if done correctly.
    I cant reach your site, its offline from here (germany)
