My Site SUCKS – Designer Required

    That pretty much says it all. I have no design skills at ALL. I need a professional site developed in FrontPage.

    A) I need a Home Page and One Inner Page.
    B) Logo
    C) I need a few Icon Cartoon Character (12) and a larger Cartoon Character for the site. I have found FREE clip art that would work for the icons.

    Please PM if you can do all of the above only!

    This requires a professional design by a professional designer. Not somebody that is going to create it in Photoshop and then tell me to have it coded by somebody else. Or any other crazy thing you can think of to PM me with. I will pay GOOD for a GOOD site.
