My site runs real slow on firefox. Any ideas why please?

    Hi my site runs great on Internet explorer. But on fire fox it runs slow
    This is causing a big problem to players. One problem i do have is that i have to urls. the main one i use is theukmafia.com . The other is theukmafia.com./
    Maybe this is somethng to do with the slowness but i honesly dont know.

    Any advice would be greeat please.

    Well your code is far from good (I've seen worse though) and those images look kinda big,

    It depends on the size of your website...Or maybe the images thats why it runs slow.

    Probably your server. It also loads slow on IE.

    Add: Actually, its probably the images.

    Loads ok for me, but you have quite a few images there. The ones that re not very colorful, can be saved as gif's without losing much quality.

    Thats possible?

    My largest images rarely reach that :S

    The CSS import could also be a factor - make that a normal external stylesheet.

    You should check out a Firefox plugin called Yslow. It's written by Yahoo. Basically it 'scans' your page and tells you where you site snags. It's a nice tool to have.
