My Site Ranks Well In Google But Seems To Be Penalized In Yahoo & MSN

I've never sold links or participated in a link exchange with this domain so I don't know why they would penalize the site.

The domain only shows up for a search of domain.com in Live.com and Yahoo.com - Even if I search for the exact title tag (which is pretty specific and I rank #1 on Google for it) I don't rank on Live and Yahoo... so I'm sure there has to be some kind of penalty. But it's also true that they haven't entirely de-indexed it or anything.

In fact over 6000 pages are indexed according to Yahoo Site Explorer with over 7000 external links coming in.

So basically my question is WTF? Does anyone have any idea of why Yahoo! and MSN would be hating on my site? It's a really white hat site with loads of unique content and as I mentioned I don't link to anything that could be considered a "bad neighborhood."

I don't agree that it doesn't matter. Obviously Google is the biggest fish in the sea but I'm losing out on a good amount of traffic by not being in Yahoo & MSN. I can't figure it out. I have many other sites that rank in Yahoo & MSN - and again - this site is completely white hat, it's 2 years old, with a ton of unique content and lots of incoming links. I just can't make any sense of why Yahoo & MSN are not ranking it at all.

I do include a lot of YouTube videos on this one - usually at the bottom of every blog post (to a video related to the blog post.) but it's not like there's no content... I don't know. I'm just grasping at straws as far as why it would be penalized like this.
